Robotics and AI 
As a group, we feel that robots and AI are more complimentary to the design process rather than the construction methods.  We mentioned how drones have become important to the surveying phase of projects, assisting surveyors with site and topography analysis.  AI can be used in controlling buildings, such as controlled lighting, thermostats, security systems, and general understanding of building occupant patterns.
