Term Project: Lovett

For my term project, I would like to look at "green" standards and how intelligent building components may make them a more viable practice.  This will encourage the use of green technologies for the environment as well as bring the efficiency and comfortably of intelligent building systems into the fold.  A subsequent topic to be examined is how to incorporate these two typically expensive alternatives using a monetarily feasible method.
