I am thinking about creating a Revit model from a simple pre-existing residential house. It would include primary system of the building: architectural, structural, and mechanical system. Also, if time is allowed, a structural analysis and/or an energy efficiency analysis should be evaluated. I am looking forward to Glass House (built in 1949) of Phillip Johnson, but its mechanical system might not be really detailed on this set of drawing below. Some disadvantages are: this is my first touch to Revit program, and none of my Co-Op would touch with mechanical system, but I really love to learn these aspects of Revit through this project to benefit my other classes, Senior Design, and future career.
