Thomas Sisson Cost Implications
Cost of buildings is definitely going to be reduced both on the design and construction fronts. The growing AI will start to replace human workers and reduce the number of people on payroll, overall reducing budget. AI will also impact the cost optimization of the designs. On construction, skilled workers will also be replaced by AI/Robots, therefore again reducing pay for workers, and the construction would optimize material use and minimize waste.
