Generally, intelligent building is  is a building that can combine innovations in technology and design, with a skillful building management operation to optimize the combinations and return on investment; the use of  technology to design environmental efficiency and solve for building problem is applied within all the aspects of the building such mechanical, electrical, HVAC, structural, and design making it more comfortable, self-sufficient, autonomous, and pro-efficient in every aspect. For our generation, it also encompasses the use of artificial intelligence and sensors to improve its function, energy usage, and occupant and environment safety.
